I am passionate about coaching because I truly believe it works. It is a safe space where you are guided to think around your issues from different angles, step into the shoes of your critical friend, drill down, investigate options, discover whether an approach will work, create plans and targets that are right for you and that you will achieve. It gives you the time, space and professional framework in which you are supported, heard, questioned, challenged, achieve clarity, set and achieve goals.

My style is supportive, yet challenging, analytical and pragmatic, believing your search for self-development and knowledge is within yourself. I am an experienced executive in higher education and wider industry with 25 years’ experience. I have worked globally with extensive experience in the Middle East and Europe and I have wide intercultural understanding. I am an experienced problem solver, with a creative, positive solutions focused approach. I give you the time and space to really talk and analyse, so that you reach clarity and achieve your goals.

I work with professionals through individual coaching as I believe the power of coaching is through the relationship that can only occur in one to one sessions.
